Does MEPO serve restaurants and delivery services?
MEPO is built for collective catering operators, who serve factories, hospitals, schools and other Clients. It is not a point of sale (POS) or a delivery app.
INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN MANAGEMENT
MEPO is a browser-based system for collective catering operations. Contract, menu, recipe sheet, purchasing, stock, production, meal counts and billing use the same records. Each Unit records its own stock, production and meal counts, and the Organization follows the whole.
IN THIS AREA
The contract defines services, rates and validity. The menu uses the recipe sheets, production comes from the menu, meal counts record the meals served and the billing statement charges the reconciled quantity.
Stock, production and meal counts belong to the Unit. Ingredients, recipe sheets and contracts live in the Organization. Management defines which Units each person can access.
Recipe sheets, menus and rates have versions. Stock movements are not edited: a mistake is fixed with a reversal, and the audit log records who changed what.
When a recipe sheet, a meal count or a cost is missing, MEPO shows the pending item and leaves the field blank. It does not fill in the number with an estimate.

Yes. An Organization needs at least one active Unit, and the same structure works for one or for many.
No. MEPO calculates and records, but goods receipt, stock counts, sanitary decisions and the reconciliation of quantities depend on a person.
