The cost of each dish starts in the recipe sheet, goes through purchasing and inventory, and ends up in the billing statement.

Each step uses what the previous one recorded.

The menu defines the purchase, production deducts stock, and the measurement defines what is billed. Nothing is typed twice.

The menu defines what to buy.

MEPO subtracts the stock from what the menu requires and shows what is missing. You compare supplier quotes and approve the order.

  • Gross quantity from the recipe sheet
  • Reservations subtracted from the balance
  • Quote and order in the same place

The kitchen records what it used.

Set aside the ingredients and confirm the requisition: stock is deducted when you confirm. Also record waste, leftovers and meals served.

  • Stock deducted when the requisition is confirmed
  • Waste and leftovers with a declared destination
  • Meals served by contract

The statement uses the reconciled quantity.

The statement applies the contract rate to the billed quantity. The margin compares revenue, ingredient cost and expenses for each Unit.

  • Planned, served and billed side by side
  • Rate frozen in each statement
  • Margin of each operation

Every Organization gets the same product.

There are no add-on modules and no per-customer versions. Ingredients and recipe sheets are registered once and serve every area.

  • Recipe sheets and menus

The recipe sheet shows the yield and the cost per portion. The menu is built by service and by week and is approved before it is sent.

  • Purchasing, inventory and COGS

Supplier quotes, purchase orders, incoming invoices, batches and counts. Inventory uses average cost, and COGS, the cost of the ingredients used, comes from requisitions and waste.

  • Production and measurement

Daily plan, ingredient requisitions, waste and leftovers. Measurement of the meals served under each contract.

  • Billing and profitability

Billing statement by contract and by month, receivables, expenses and the margin of each operation.

  • Multi-Unit management

Ingredients and recipe sheets are registered once, in the Organization. Each Unit has its own stock and access, and management sees the total across all of them.

  • Contracts

Client, served site, executing Unit, service type, term and rate sit in the same record, and execution starts from it.

Every number opens down to its source record.

The margin opens the COGS, the COGS opens the requisition and the recipe sheet, and the ingredient opens the incoming invoice. Choose a step to see the path.

How MEPO serves each type of operation.

The product is the same for everyone. Choose an operation type to see the screens and fields it uses.

Operation type

Weekly menu, measured by meal served.

A factory contracts lunch from Monday to Friday. The menu repeats in a cycle, and each day's measurement compares planned meals with served meals.

  • Cycle of weeks, with the same recipe sheets
  • Planned, served and confirmed by the client, each in its own field
  • Contract statement based on the reconciled measurement

Dispatch with a check on arrival.

The central kitchen sends prepared food to another Unit. Stock at the origin is deducted when it ships, and the receiver checks what arrived.

  • What is in transit is what was sent minus what was received
  • Differences are recorded with a reason, without erasing the outbound movement
  • Delivered packed meals: presentation and delivery channel per service

Five services a day, each with its own production.

Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and supper each have their own menu and volume. A diet preparation can have a share below 100%, and production sets aside only what is needed.

  • Share per component in the production plan
  • Daily order with a declared buffer
  • Cost per portion of each preparation, from the recipe sheet

A four-week cycle that repeats.

The school menu follows a pattern that repeats until the end of the period. Each dish points to the same recipe sheet in every week.

  • Week 1 starts on the chosen date
  • Menu copied between weeks, without typing it again
  • Daily order by service, with a declared buffer

Order with a buffer and recorded leftovers.

A company dinner has its own date and volume. Production starts from the order plus the buffer, and what is left over gets a destination.

  • One-off service with its own date, volume and measurement
  • Leftovers discarded or returned to stock, each one recorded
  • Billing reconciled after the measurement

Talk to the team
How does the free evaluation work?

The evaluation lasts 30 days and has no charge. It includes one Unit, one user and every MEPO feature. It does not ask for a card and does not create a subscription on its own. To continue after the 30 days, the Organization chooses a plan.

Who is MEPO for?

For collective catering operators and for self-managed operations in hospitals, factories, schools and other institutions. It serves anyone who manages one or several Units in the same Organization.

Is MEPO an ERP for restaurants?

MEPO covers contracts, menus, purchasing, stock, production, meal counts, billing and profitability for collective catering operations. It has no point of sale (POS) and no restaurant delivery.

Can I manage several Units?

Yes. Ingredients and recipe sheets live in the Organization. Stock, production and meal counts live in each Unit. Management sees the total and can open each number down to the record in the Unit.

How does support work?

Support is by email (contato@mepo.so) on business days, 8 am to 6 pm Brasília time. For critical problems, the first reply comes within 4 business hours.

Is my data safe?

Each person can reach only what their role and Unit allow, and the server checks the permission. Critical actions are recorded in the audit trail. MEPO also applies data protection controls.

Which currency is charged? Does MEPO work outside Brazil?

The MEPO interface is in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Charges are in Brazilian reais for Organizations with a valid Brazilian CNPJ (company registration number) on file and in euros for all others. The site language does not change the currency. MEPO does not convert amounts, and the currency is fixed after the first subscription. Payment is by card and, in reais, also by boleto (a Brazilian payment slip). NFC-e, SEFAZ and CNPJ exist only in Brazil, so the tax features built on them serve Brazilian operations.

Is the contract signed online?

Yes. When subscribing, the Organization ticks the acceptance of the Terms of Service on the payment page, with no paper and no separate electronic signature. MEPO records the version of the accepted text. The Portuguese (Brazil) text prevails. In the evaluation, the terms are accepted on first access.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Both plans, Stock and purchasing and Complete, are annual: a 12-month commitment, billed in 12 monthly charges. Ending early does not remove the remaining installments. After the 12 months the plan renews for another 12, unless notice of non-renewal is given at least 30 days ahead. The 30-day evaluation is free. Upgrading to Complete takes effect immediately, and downgrading takes effect only at renewal. MEPO charges no penalty or late interest. If payment is not made, access is suspended and the data is not deleted.

What happens to my data after the evaluation?

The evaluation lasts 30 days. If it ends without a subscription, the data stays blocked for 12 months and is then deleted. If you subscribe within that period, the data becomes available again. Export is only possible while the evaluation is active, and the owner can ask for early deletion by email. Inside MEPO, access depends on the role and the Unit, and critical actions are recorded in the audit trail.
