UNIT MANAGEMENT
The Organization keeps ingredients, recipe sheets, Clients and Contracts. Each Unit has its own stock, production and meal counts. Management defines which Units each person can access and looks at consolidated dashboards.
IN THIS AREA
Ingredients, packages and recipe sheets are set up once, for the whole Organization. If a Unit needs a different composition or yield, it gets its own version of the sheet, with no parallel copy and no change to the other Units.
Stock movements, requisitions, production, meal counts and expenses belong to the Unit where they happened. One Unit's balance is never mixed with another's.
Each member gets a role and the Units they can access. The role defines what the person sees and does, and the server checks that permission on every action. The owner can access all Units covered by the subscription.
Intelligence brings together dashboards by period and by Unit, only for the Units the person can access. Each dashboard shows whether the period's data is complete, partial or missing.

No. The Organization's sheet applies to all Units. A Unit that needs a different composition or yield gets its own version, and the others keep the original.
